Darn? Bristol Palin's upcoming reality show for the BIO channel is no longer upcoming. It's been scrapped, according to reports, leaving Bristol without a job. Oh well.
No official reason has been given as to why Bio axed the project, but if we had to guess, it could be because WHO WOULD WATCH A BRISTOL PALIN REALITY SHOW?
It's unclear if she's still dating Kyle Massey, but Bristol needs to find something new to do besides hilariously tell teens that they should really remain abstinent.
So what's next for the Sarah Palin spawn? Beauty school. No, really.
Sources reveal that Bristol Palin is looking into some beauty programs, as her new life goal is to be a Hollywood hair and makeup guru. A "friend" reveals:
“She plans to find a school near her home in Arizona so she can get away from the Alaska winter. After graduating, she'll look for jobs in the movie industry."
"Bristol’s realizing that her bout of fame and big-money job offers is dwindling since her mother isn’t in the spotlight as much, so she needs a backup plan."
"Right now she has money from Dancing With the Stars to live off of while going to school. Then she’ll try her luck in L.A. again, this time behind the scenes.”
Hard to blame her for that, actually, if it's true. So many people would try to milk their 15 minutes long past relevancy. Good for her for thinking of a Plan B.
We just hope Levi Johnston tries to enroll in the same classes to mess with her.

The sooner Bristol's life gets back to normal the better it will be for both her and her son. Having "Saracuda" as a mother is probably worse than having no mother at all. Just my two cents.....

Well if the National Enquirer and all the gossip sites that regurgitated this story did some actual "reporting" and called the producers you would find out the truth...“There is no truth to these rumors. [The show] is still in production,” a spokesperson for BIO tells RumorFix. Kyle Massey, who also stars in the show, confirmed the rep’s statement, telling us exclusively that the show is set to air in the coming months.
Wow! reporting facts instead of rumor...what a concept!

Hopefully she will find her niche.... free from her mother's world in the constant spotlight. She should pursue a vocation of some sort; it's a tough life out here for us all, but being a young mom must be even more difficult. Hopefully she can divorce herself from that twit of a mom.

Oh, so the show's been scrapped? Well, OK. Guess I can plan that months-long vacation on Mars after all.

All that talent and no place to showcase it. That's a shame. Come back in 5 years and she'll be taking her clothes off nightly at The Big Shirley's Lounge off Route 9.

I wish her nothing but the best. She has a hard row to hoe. Don't blame her for her relitives. Remember she didn't pick them.

If she can't live *for years* on what she earned from DWTS and Candies, then she's got some serious problems. But good on her for finding a viable career alternative, although I think she's going to be disappointed to learn that one doesn't just walk out of beauty school and into a big name Hollywood makeup/hair career. She's going to have to (gasp) actually work.
