Jason Davis, a.k.a. Gummi Bear, a.k.a. Brandon Davis' big brother, a.k.a. the dude on Celebrity Rehab, is charged with felony possession of a controlled substance.
The charge stems from his heroin arrest last month.
Davis got popped in Newport Beach on January 27 and was also charged with being under the influence and possessing drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors.
Jason Davis' battles with addiction are well documented.
According to legal documents, Davis was allegedly high on a "Central nervous system stimulant (prescription medication) and narcotic analgesic (painkillers)."
Davis faces up to three years in prison if convicted of all charges, but most likely he won't do any time and will be placed on probation. That's our guess.
After all, Dr. Drew probably has some powerful friends ...

Dr. Drew is a specialized doctor for addiction and alcohol abuse. He won't enable a client to continue using by keeping Jason Davis from jail, a natural consequence of using. The fact that Jason Davis chose to go to rehab in the first place is a step towards sobriety. Fiona GG I am sure that the support coming from a fellow previous addict would mean so much to Jason if he knew you supported him with out even knowing him despite whats happened with the police. ww1982 - Doing therapy with drug addicts or any type of client is hard work and Dr. Drew or any psychiatrist/therapist would be lucky and honored to have a client recover from it under his care. Dr. Drew may have not "planned" Jason to relapse but he does what he can to the best of his ability. Jason is far gone, don't be hard on Drew. Look at Adler ... how many times has he come back to Drew? Jason has that door wide open to him, he just has to choose to go through it. That's my rant.

I personally like jason. He s had a privileged life obviously but has he had the love and attention that you need when growing up? Addiction is serious. I know cos I am an addict...clean and turned my life around now but it doesn't happen overnight....at least he accepts h has a problem and is taking the necessary steps...its a rocky road and fuckin hard graft.......not easy like some seem to think 'why can't u just stop'....yeh right! I really hope he gets himself sorted out for himself....he seems like a funny guy...and sober he will be a better person....life is fuckin brilliant for me clean...I remember the fun nights out now!! But I'm jst glad I never had to do it on camera..I spent 9 months in treatment and Still relapsed!! It was only when I started to build a life for myself Away from crack and brown that I started to realise the shit life drugs offer......jason has all these incredible opportunities in his life...I jst hope he realises that he is blessed and lives his life to

is this not like the 5 person from that celebrity drug rehab show to relapse? Maybe Dr. Drew needs a new plan for these people.

This guy has such handsome looks, but he disfigures them by being so unhealthy! If he were normal weight & off drugs, he would be HOT! But prob still be a dick like his greasy brother! ha!
